It's been a great season, guys. We were never going to win it all. This was a response season. Russell literally just took a bunch of scrubs to the playoffs with practically no help. Thanks KD. There's no shame in losing when you've given everything you have, and I truly believe the oklahoma city thunder gave that this season. I'll never forget it. I'm so proud of everything Russell accomplished, despite the odds. Thank you Thunder, and thank you guys for the great conversations throughout the season.

Only guys I'm happy with on the season (that played) are Russ, Abrines, and Taj. Domas showed a little something, but I thought cam did in his rookie year so I'll hold up on that.

It could easily be titled that, but they were dealt a crappy hand and everyone is extremely young. Also, coaching was ****. Amazing that they won as many as they did. Anyways, thank you Russ, and thank you guys. Always a pleasure.

Whatever Russ decides at this point, he should have full support from OKC fans. I think he will come back with Presti making changes, but IF he were to say he wants to see what is out there, I don't think anyone could blame him. I am almost certain he wants to stay, but I would put a gun to Presti's head and tell him "Changes or else!"

Couldn't agree more on all points. If he leaves its totally understandable. Guy's only got so many years left.

I think we are just in denial about the fact that we are just a normal team now. It has finally sink in. It's going to take some rebuilding, and I wouldn't blame Russell for leaving, but I really don't think he has that mindset. I think he'll die trying. Where's he going to go? Even LA doesn't make sense.

Completely agree, but it'd run directly in contrast to what we know of his personality. He's not one for recruiting or making demands. I think he'll either begrudgingly accept that this is his future, or he'll suffer in silence and it'll reach a tipping point and he'll leave.

He absolutely should force Presti to make changes. Just would be very surprised if he did.

There's nothing wrong with normal. And I think he stays too, but don't hold a thing against him, the guy was the face of a city that desperately needed one.

Proud of this team man.

This season started about KD, it ended about Russell. The torch has been passed. I'm excited for our future.

Listened to the Houston commentary. Late in the first half they mentioned that they had seen Adams go down pre-game with back spasms - sufficiently bad that they were surprised he was playing. Has there been any other mentions of this? It may explain partly why his form over the last three months has been disappointing - quite a big drop off from first part of season.

yall don't think presti knows he has to build a team around Westbrook Now? you think Westbrook has to force his hand to make changes? presti knows what he has to do and all I have to tell you guys is just wait for the draft. Pt.2 in presti master plan will happen. part one was the trade deadline where we got taj and another member of the core McBuckets

Taj will eave and McBuckets is a 9th man off the bench at best.

Also think it's more than this, but I'm not worried about Adams. We know what he can bring. We know he can play VERY well as a starting Center under pressure in Western conference semi finals and Finals. He will be fine if he gets back to work and keeps working like he used to do.

More worried about all others... :noway:

(in particular Oladipo : he likes to say he's a tough guy but he played like a pussy during the PO)
