Presti went into last offseason seemingly without a plan B and was left scrambling to pick up the pieces when Durant gave up on the franchise. This summer, no excuses. He's had 87 games to look at this group. Changes have to be made. We just saw reality hit us in the face. Russ is entertaining to watch and can win a lot of regular season games by himself, but the playoffs are a different animal. At the end of the day he's still just 1 man, and that's not enough to win at this level.

Hopefully I've seen Enes Kanter in a Thunder uniform for the last time as of tonight at a minimum. And for F's sake, clear out some of the dead weight on this roster, Semaj, Huestis, Singler etc. All of them need to be playing somewhere else.

Why do I go to the GB? Why?

I was lowkey worried that Andre would make himself too expensive with how he was playing this series. He was INCREDIBLE on the defensive end. Unfortunately for him, he was incredibly bad from the free throw line. Luckily that will keep his contract from getting out of hand.
If he had shot just 50% from the line, I think some team would have made an offer we couldn't have matched.
I really hope we keep him. He may shoot like crap from the line, but he has alot of heart. Way more than some of these guys.

Adams won me over again towards the end of this series. I don't think he is the problem. He will never be an offensive weapon, but he did play with alot of the hustle that made him so good before this year.

Sadly, I don't think this team is committed to Taj. They certainly didn't treat him like a player that was going to be part of the future. I also support Taj going somewhere he is appreciated.

Jerami has secretly become one of my favorite Thunder players over the year. Coming from where he was as a player, he is one of the guys that has actually improved. His defense on harden was very good. He is already better guarding the perimeter than Ibaka was for us last season and he is probably our best rim protector.

Alex is a player. He may have been up and down over the series, but for being a rookie he had a very good first playoff showing. He wasn't intimidated trying to guard Harden and showed aggression getting to the rim. His defense will probably project to be average to decent which I can't say about Doug.

Victor needs to go. Its mostly his contract that is the problem. He isn't a bad player, but he should be making around 16-17 mill a year at most. Any team that wants him can have him.

On the bright side, the next time this team will be in action, it will be alot different hopefully. I just hope that the presence of Russ isn't one of the things that is different about the team.
