We Lose 2/3 But....

Post#1 » by Lord Commander » Thu Jul 19, 2007 12:57 pm

still gain a game?!?! WTF? This just goes to show all the doubters (including me  ) that this division is horrible with no serious competition. If you told me at the start of the week that we would lose 2/3 while the Braves were playing Cinci and we would still gain a game in the standings I would say you were nuts. As bad as this team is playing right now, we are still head and shoulders above the likes of ATL, Philly, and Florida. Looks like the only team the Braves can get up for is us. How in the hell do you let Cinci sweep you in the heat of a pennant race?!?! GO BRAVES

i fear the phillies more than the braves. phils always seem to turn it on near the end of the season, and could easily cover the current spread with a hot streak if the mets don't turn it on.

a win in LA always helps

The Philly pitching staff is a joke save for Hamels. They'll score 10 and give up 12.
