Until his great Bowl game, some didn't have Solomon Thomas in the first round. He gets picked third and is considered a good pick. Why would a player move up that much?

Redshirt Soph., no one was sure he was entering early in the season but as he continued to produced, he was beginning to get first round grades.

He'll supplant Murray as the starter at some point next year. He's a far better fit for what the Vikes like to do...which is essentially dink and dunk with Bradford under center.
