Does a UTA fan know what the cap situation is if you dump Diaw Burks and Bollomboy (am I spelling that right?) but keep the cap holds for Hill Ingles and Hayward?

They can fight through the screen all they want, but they can't grab at and foul the ball handler in doing so.
