So many posts in here echoing my feelings when I read the news, and the change in opinion I hold now. Great article, just stellar stuff. Didn't know anything about the dude's upbringing. He's seen a lot, and at least recognizes some of his good fortune and mistakes. I like his comment on the irrational confidence thing. I don't think you can make it to the highest level without thinking you're the best. Hell, it's probably what allowed Rio to survive in the league as long as he did. I've got new-found respect for Dion. I think this article will endear him to Heat fans, if not the rest of the NBA. He's the best story of the season.

I think this article will be interpreted however people want to interpret it. There's nothing in this article but more of the same delusion that's been evident since day 1, and that you see in his **** talking after the season ended.

I'll say again what I've said before, anyone paying this guy more than the mid-level exception has rocks in his head.
