Well the series was pretty much 8 on 5 but the Jazz were still able to somehow win!
Ingles is cooked.

I keep reading about the Pelicans and the Spurs, do they even have money? I'm not talking supermax (well he can't get that with them, but his level of max), just even decent money to sign a player of his caliber?

Pelicans can go as high as 18 million per year, I think, or near that amount.

Obviously would be a paycut, but that's the point.

This was his first really bad game the whole series. He's the reason the Clippers didn't lose in 5 after Blake went down.

How about the last 10 years?

There should be changes in GM and coach roles. Hire the GM Doc as the coach and promote the coach Doc as the GM. New blood will work.

There should be no question. This team wasn't good enough to get past the 2nd round even if Griffin didn't get injured. Either one of CP3 or Griffin needs to be let go because that duo is not winning anything as they are just not a good fit. That window had closed years ago.

Blow it up, when was the last time Blake was healthy for playoff, almost never.

It wasn't about heart. If it was there wouldn't have a game 7. They would have laid down in game 6. Utah was the better team especially without Griffin

Both coaches made good adjustments in the series. When the Jazz won game 1 it put them ahead throughout the series as far as making adjustments on the previous game.

The Jazz figured out how to defend what he Clips were doing and Doc ran out of moves to make. Clippers were held under 40 pts in the first half.

That's Ryan Anderson money, definitely not going to happen. I suppose if the teams did a sign and trade, but they aren't getting him for that amount. It's very easy for us to tell players to take that much less money when we aren't in that position.

Highly doubt CP3 leaves the Clippers. This guy turns 32 next week. He's going to be looking for what's likely his most lucrative contract. Clippers can offer nearly twice as much as any other team..

Arguably top 3. For sure top 6. Curry, Wall, Westbrook, Harden, Irving all debatable

Irving isn't debatable at all. He's a better scorer, but significantly inferior in basically every other way. If your best player is either one...Chris Paul is clearly going to lead your team to more wins. Wall isn't really debatable either. He basically does a lot of the same things Paul does, but just not as well. CP3 is a better passer/play maker, defensive player, and a much, much more efficient scorer. Wall is in his 7th season and he still can't shoot worth a crap. I like Wall, but his domination of the Hawks is being a bit overrated for the simple fact that every single one of the Hawks guards is worthless defensively. Bud then kept benching Howard and giving Wall an open invitation to the rim.

Um you do realize that Atlanta had a top 5 rated defense this year, right? If anything Wall's performance is underrated

Only bad game Paul played. One wonders if in the back of his mind he knew that a win here would mean 4 humiliating losses against a dancing and prancing Curry and friends. You know he couldn't deal with that.

You're kidding right? They get to game 7 without a guy who averages 22/8/5 on 50% shooting because Redick, Crawford and Austin Rivers carried right?

Chokes down the stretch in typical fashion.

I don't care about Blake. Chris Paul hasn't done jack **** in his career to give him the reputation he gets.

Haha, extra rest is nice brother. Durant needed it especially. Also We may be up 3-0 until Utah realizes they are in conference semi finals.

Another year, another playoff exit for the Clippers. Chris Paul black-balled Vinny Del Negro back in 13', and has been reaping the rewards of having "his coach" ever since. Maybe next year CP3.
