I agree. Booker's offense isn't particularly fancy and not efficient either (at this point) and we really watch in the hope he has an epic offensive showing but that's not a nightly thing. Nash's game, whether he puts up 20/15 or 11/8, is must-see TV. I miss watching Nash play.
I loved watching Steve play, the only NBA player that fascinated me more was Magic Johnson. But I love watching Booker play too, even when his shot isn't falling. I'm surprised how many people seem to be hung up on his efficiency, weak though it is. Considering he is still just 20 years of age and considering that he played with a bad ankle and turf toe and considering that he was often the primary focus of opposing defenses and considering how little help he had around him I'm surprised that he had a higher efficiency than HOFer Allen Iverson.
Regardless, I'm confident that we'll see consistent improvement the next few years in efficiency and more importantly, his so obviously flawed defensive rotations. By all accounts, he's very driven and we can only hope he never loses that focus.
