Any pitcher can be productive when they are commanding their pitches.

Someone else brought up Marco Estrada. Both throw the same pitches. An 89-92mph fastball, changeup, and curve. Command is everything for guys like them who don't throw hard. Odds are though he'll end up in that 4 ERA range because he's only allowed one home run so far and pitchers like him tend to be homer prone, as was the case last year with 28 in 151 innings.
