Seems like only the rich, spoiled kids will be the ones buying these, and if so, they are in for a rude awakening when the rest of their classmates laugh at them for being gullible enough to buy a pair.

However, if you're a teenage kid, the Z02s might be good for one thing - ask your parents for a pair of $500 basketball shoes, and it's more likely than not that they'll agree to have you "settle" for a pair of Air Jordans at $170.

Fultz
Jackson
Tatum
Ball

Is how I have them ranked now. No matter what we're getting an amazing prospect in the top 4. Fultz is the true prize and I've been high on Jackson for a long time but I'm really starting to warm up to Tatum as of late. Having an ISO scorer off the bench at his size as a 3-4 would be a huge asset to this team. I think he'd thrive in these small ball lineups we've been trotting out this postseason

Could Jackson defend 4's long term? With his skill set, I feel like he would make an unbelievable 4 on offense and be a major mismatch. His combination of handle and athleticism would nearly unmatched out there. I worry about his defense and rebounding out there, though

More importantly, he's a nuclear athlete and a second unit of Rozier/Jaylen/Jackson would be fun as ****. Just electric athletes capable of switching heavily and running wild on offense. Spacing/shooting may suck, but god damn would they be fun.

yes, yes, come to the Jackson side! If we get #1 and Danny takes Fultz, fine. But otherwise I want Jackson and Jaylen as our wings going forward. Think they could be awesome together.

As a huge fan of his I say no. Some small-ball four, sure, he could do it here and there -- but as a main gig he doesn't have the length and while wiry strong, is too slender.

I will be name changing to Jackson Brown if that happens too, I'll even find out how to make an avatar of the singer

What do we think about basketball IQ? Jaylen doesn't seem to have it. Should we be concerned about that? Is this typical/less concerning of wings? I remember Pierce's early years, but I didn't watch the games like I do now. Was it obvious that he had 'feel' early on?

Browns BBIQ is 112 which is bette than average. Pierce's was 111 at age 22, though I am sure he improved but didn't take the test later in his career that I am aware of.

There is no **** such thing as basketball IQ...sorry I brought it up :{

I think you're better off with Jaylen at the 4 and Jackson at the 3. Jaylen has more strength and I think better wingspan and standing reach.

I'm taking Jackson 2 assuming Fultz goes 1 but I question if Jaylen / Josh has enough shooting to be a 2/3 combo and if they have enough size to be a 3/4 combo.

I pray we don't draft Ball. Just don't want our organisation to have to deal with his dad and I doubt his fit on our team. We need scoring, I think we're pretty good passing team as is.
Good assessment:

If they don't get the #1 pick, deal the pick. The Lavar Ball clown show will be a big distraction for a top 5 team.

I like what Jackson can bring to this team. He will be more far ahead than Jaylen Brown IMO.

Draft the best available player and figure out the rest.

Yeah definitely something to worry about later on. I'm confident Jaylen can play the 3. We have Crowder swinging between 3/4 consistently and he measured similarly to Jaylen.

Jackson has been a good shooter for Kansas by the numbers, so we'll see. If he's the best guy at two, or definitely 3 don't look back. He's a hell of a prospect.
