I think Elf would be fine with a star player on the team. Also, can interchange Butler for Paul George. Either would fit here.
Im ready to move on, three years in the league and Elfrid still can't shoot or defend.

Still factually incorrect. His shooting in every single area improved except 3 point land. On defense he ranks as a completely average defender at the PG spot which makes sense since he has nights of great defense/bad defense/average defense.
I will also keep saying great PG defense doesn't matter if he's not forced into an outside shot we have zero inside presence. Can lock a guy down for 20 seconds, get wiped out by a pick or even a great pass and have nobody challenge it inside. We need to change the inside out culture of our defense before addressing anybody on the wing (which in that case, Fournier is the first to look at as the worst culprit).
Christ, didn't we tried that with both Ibaka and Biyombo to fail miserably? It is not that simple as having a shotblocker in the paint. Every player on the floor has to play defense, not just big guys. I'm not aware that he had many great defensive nights, certainly not in the games I've had opportunity to watch. It's been fun having that haircut on the roster, but even if he improves to being average defender, I'm not optimist he's gonna make it as a starter in this league without consistent 3pt shot.
I'm ready to move on from every player that can't play on both sides of the floor, as none of them is specially good at just one side (except maybe Aaron who can play excellent perimeter D, but he is such a weird combination - defends wings but has no jumpshot).
