Harden falling flat on his face and D'Antoni dying by the three in the postseason is a perfect storm of delight for me.
Once a pickle, never a cucumber again.

Bad to worse. The Spurs are up 27 and now in the bonus.

Can't argue with that. Nothing against James, mind you, he is the right player for the NBA at this time and how things are called. But I do seek a change.

It's 7 minutes of meaningless garbage time and I am loving every second.

The Spurs simply don't stop cutting, even when Aldridge is posting up. They're running a lot of 90s-style Triangle offense in this game. "PG" dumps the ball down low or in the high post, then cuts to the weak side corner. That's vintage Triangle right there.

Barkley is probably smiling... jumpshooting fails/live and die by the 3 is true.

Eh. He's douchey too. I don't like him or his butt ugly game. And this series underscores yet again why D'Antoni's philosophy simply can't be trusted in a 7 game series.

Poor Dantoni. Makes his triumphant return to the NBA, wins COTY, and still can't get past Pop, 12 years after the first time.

Yep. But the Spurs will die by GSW, which hits 3s, and midrange, and drives, and passes, and defends the bleep out of teams. But I don't call GSW a 3-point team even though they do bomb them. A Dream Team.

I remember when we had a coach and a system that could continue to thrive even when the stars were hurt.
Jerry Reinsdorf; the undisputed king of allowing his GM's to run amok with unchecked power and ego.

That would finish off his night appropriately.

I remember DJ Augustine carrying the team at times.

If Kerr is out, can Brown play chess with Pop?

I have my doubts. I know they're beating up Houston, but banged up Kawhi and no Parker? My bet is Warriors in 5. They are looking to make statements during their games.

He was no match for Wall.
Still was a fun team, they fought tooth and nail.
