We need an advanced stat to measure Defensive Pressure

Something that will help us differentiate the pressure that say, a Westbrook gets on OKC vs. a Durant on GS.

There is starting to be some measures of this with SportVU data measuring shooting percentages of open vs contested shots. I still think the stats need work classifying what is open vs contested but it is a start. I wish SportVU information was publicly available but more and more stats are being made off of it that all real meaningful stats in 5 years will probably be based on it.
