I was high on him for a while and I still think he can be a good player but it seems like his biggest knocks are his low IQ and stiff hips. He's great guarding the post at the college level because of his strong base but he can't open his hips in a defensive stance when guarding dribble penetrators. Lot of scouts wonder about his versatility for this reason and think he should primarily be a 4 but with his size and length he's not a perfect physical specimen for that position. His shot looks projectable but he never really stepped too far from the college 3 point line. Really low assist numbers too. Kind of a ball stopper. Also he looks like the teenage boy dinosaur from the show Dinosaurs.
