Rich Cho will be representing the Hornets tomorrow at the lottery.

The day Jordan shows up to represent the team at the lottery is the day the league rigs the draft in our favor, and not a moment sooner.

I was away most of the season and we sucked. I'm back to channel the spirit of Baron Davis as the Hornets move up 8 spots to grab the number 3 pick and party like it's 1999.

Just tried the lottery sim once. Detroit got the first pick and we went from 11th to 12th. Immediately xed out of that bull.

Could we not send someone with a modicum of good luck? Maybe Kemba or Batum. We will most likely fall back a spot now.

My first run today dropped us all the way back to 13. Both Detroit and Denver moved into the top 3 with Minnesota at #1.

There is a 0.1% chance we fall to 13. 1 in 1000.

who represented us in 2014, the year we had the Pistons pick and somebody behind us needed to move up so the protection would fall off? We need that guy, though part of me thinks had that not happened, we could've had Devin Booker the next year. Or used both our pick and the Pistons pick to move up and get Porzingis or something

Cho is such a boring choice, but it's kinda fitting as his job likely hinges on this pick.

I hope Boston doesn't get a top 3 pick tomorrow.

I predict 3rd pick as well. ;)
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

I just hope the Lakers lose their pick to completely wipe out any chance of Lonzo going to that despicable franchise. I love Lonzo, he's like my ideal PG and he seems pretty humble, I want to root for him but I'll never root for a Laker. I also want to see Lavar melt down.

From Bill Simmons... (I've never been a fan of this guy.)

The 2017 Lottery Karma Power Rankings
If there were any cosmic justice, these are the teams that would win the NBA draft lottery.

12. Charlotte Hornets

Did you know that the Hornets have already locked up nine players for $102 million next season? And seven for $97 million the next season? Can you even name seven Hornets players? Did you know Miles Plumlee is next year’s fifth-highest-paid Hornet at $12.5 million? The Karma Gods don’t feel sorry for teams that successfully execute an inherently dumb plan. Charlotte’s plan was clearly, “Let’s lock down 38 wins every year.” At least nobody else was this shortsighted …
