Don't have much of a choice. Wise is still down from those 54 pitch outing. . Parra pitched last nite. Balfour has pitched a lot. Villuneuva just pitched a couple days in a row.

Exactly which again leads to Yost's bullpen management.

Oh look Turnbow gives up a bases clearing double, didn't see that coming.

It is the offense's fault but you can't make boneheaded mistakes on pitches when your offense can't score any runs.

Mistakes happen. That pitch goes an inch either way and it's a routine flyball. What is inexcuseable is this pathetic display of offense.

I apologize for taking out my anger on Spurling. I didn't realize his son was involved in a accident.

Well, this one is pretty much over. I mean, losing two games in a series to the Giants???

At least the Cubs lost today.

We need a kick in the ass, hopefully loosing 2 games in a row to the worst team in the league is a good enough kick. Or maybe Ned "Everything is great" Yost will actually yell at the team after this game, but I doubt that.

Exactly I'm sick of this everything is hunky dory BS. I'd buy it if you weren't playing like absolute **** against one of the worst teams in the NL but you are.

Just because Yost doesn't go off with the media doesn't mean hes not doing it to the team.

Yeah because you never seen this team get angry before for loosing.

I don't really get what your saying its not rubbing off. We lost two in a row after winning 4-5. This is baseball buddy.

One, Ned Yost better scream at his players so loud their ears will be ringing.

Two, Doug Melvin better acquire something to help this ballclub or the Cubs are gonna catch us.

We just gave up 8 runs two games in a row to the team last in the National League in batting average. Think about that.

Don't really need to think about it besides are pitchers not making the plays. They were 5 games ago when we were pitching good.

The bad performance by the pitching recently has been inexcusable. What's especially bad is that with Ben Sheets out until Labor Day, the rest of the pitching staff will have to pony up. I like Gallardo, but he's not on the level of Big Ben.

The starting pitching has been great the last 7 games hasn't it. Yesterday was the only bad start by a starter. We need help in the bullpen.
