You are correct. But here you would think the world ended.

Funny part about the Knicks board, they handled a much worse situation better than a lot of people here.

You keep forgetting one crucial thing - 2019 1st. I actually don't mind picking 6th this year. It's all good. But I'm devastated we lost that future pick to **** Lakers. Howard trade looks so much worse now.

This organization is a mess. I hope next season at least gives us something to look forward to and I'm waiting for new management's decisions on our roster (provided we finally hire some new executive/-s) but at the same time I'm expecting the worst. I got nightmares of screwed up draft and unsuccessful trades. Never felt that low about Magic as now.

Sorry guys, you were the biggest losers. Drop down a spot and lose that 2019 pick that would have been sweet. Brutal.

I didn't forget it. Honestly. once the Lakers started really sucking most of us here posting in game threads had already accepted that would happen. I fully expected it to happen based on how hard the Lakers tanked to end the season. There was no way we could catch them and hence the pick was gone by March.

Yeah I must be missing something, how was it worse for the Knicks? We both dropped 1 spot but we lost out on a future unprotected pick. Did the Knicks lose out on a future pick as well?

So funny some people still think it is rigged even though we can clearly tell it isn't. HOW could they rig it?

Difficult. Not impossible.
