He has been doing great recently, and his character is wayyy more entertaining than Orton.

Randy needs to switch it up, he's so boring.

I havent watched SD since after 'Mania.

I might tune in now to see whats up. I'll give Jinder a chance. Orton as a face champion is boring as hell. That Orton/Wyatt house of horrors match was an abomination. Last time I found Randy entertaining was when he was the champ at WM 30.

I'm probably being a snob, but in my opinion, you can't just have someone go from jobber to champion just like that. It ruins the prestige of the championship.

smackdown live - where raw's x-jobbers come to get pushed....
There's something about an underdog that really inspires the unexceptional.

That's not something you want to give credence to with your top belt.

Jinder a champ because WWE is finally entering the India market officially and will have events there.

Jinder can broker this as a big move...He makes for a entertaining heel. Orton is played out...The fact that people are shocked and pissed at Jinder is a good thing.

it also inspired the locker room that jobbers and low level grunts can get their act together and get back up. This dude was straight set up for failure and now he is a champion. Gotta respect that at least.

Always felt like Jinder has the look to be a star. I like his promos, and charisma. He did have some buzz last night. He's pretty average/basic in the ring but he doesn't make any big mistakes and wrestles a logical match. Glad to see someone new get a shot and I hope he gets a strong run

What i dont get is why they pushed balor straight to the top on raw before his injury and gave him the title, but they wont give nakamura the same on smackdown. He is the most over nxt wrestler to come to wwe. Prbly more over than balor. Vince has got to get over giving big buff guys more of a push than the cruiserweight type of wrestlers...

I dont get the logic between giving balor the push right away but not nakamura.... can anyone explain that one?

I think the Balor push had more to do with the timing. It was right off of the brand split so it made it easy to introduce him as a top star. Nakamura needs more time to be introduced and built. Plus they probably didn't want his first fued to be with Randy Orton.

As far as Jinder being WWE champ I think it is great. If they never try to build new stars then everything gets stale. I thought when he came back they should have pushed him better since he has the star look. So far the transition has been easy to believe. Jinder has not won a match clean yet and uses the Singh Brothers to his advantage the same way The Miz used Alex Riley during his WWE championship run. Hopefully they don't turn around and give the title back to Orton on Tuesday. Lets see how he does in the next month and at worst you can take it off him at Money in the Bank next month.

This.
Can't just use the same push strategy over & over.
