I know where this is going and I agree with you but let's keep it to the OT thread

Incredible that Kareem dropped so far. He is an amazing pickup there.

After urnoggin's 2 picks I vote we cut the draft time to 5 hours. This is moving at a glacial place.

Co-signed. I want to see who is on the board to pair with Wilt

Oscar went earlier than I was expecting. Great fit with David though.

D-Rob and Oscar - I'm very happy with that duo as my two best players. Both awesome all-around performers, Robertson is one of the best offensive anchors of all-time, Robinson one of the best defensive anchors. Admiral had some problems as #1 option in the playoffs, but it won't matter because Big O will take care of that - the version I want to take, averaged 33.4 ppg on over 58% TS against one of the best defenses in NBA history in the postseason, and pushed that Celtics team to 7 games (which was theoretically far better than Oscar's Royals - 58 wins compared to 42, and 6.38 SRS to 1.24), scored 43 points in that game 7, on very good efficiency.

So Q's team is the one I don't wanna face ;] I was hoping I will get Oscar in 2nd round, because he is underrated, but should have been top 5 pick.

Wait what's going on. Urnoggin was supposed to have the double pick as he was 16

How did Q pick twice, and in the draft thread why did you send it back to 70s when urnoggin still has to pick

Yeah just realized I'm stupid. Just went to the last page and didn't see urnoggin.

And yes, 5 hours works for me.

Also updated the list of players drafted so far.

Oscar and Robinson is a strong duo. The downside is that they combine for ~40 FGA. Although, Quotatious went with Jordan / another higher FGA player the last time around, so this may feel like a walk in the park for him.

Dang that is very early for Frazier. Really surprised he went that route given who else is on the board still.

Actually, I can get prime David and Oscar for only 36.7 combined FGA (16.8 FGA for '96 Robinson and 19.9 for '63 Robertson, as you can see in my signature). That's really not a lot for two top 15-20 all-timers.

Me too. I think that other guard roughly from Frazier's era, is clearly better than him, and I thought 70sFan would take him. I believe I have the best perimeter player of that era, but that other guy, who still hasn't been selected, is pretty close to Oscar.

'71 Oscar was as good as ever (better than KAJ that year), so maybe he will pick him. DRob also gives a lot of flexibility with years, because you can either pick one of his volume seasons or with around 16 FGA.

It's funny that we shouldn't use names of players not picked yet, but saying something like that is ok despite everyone knowing who you are talking about. So why not just say "Jerry West"?

I know West is better, but my personal preferences force me to choose Clyde. I hope you guys won't underrate him though, he's amazing pick.

I wanted to take 1971 Oscar because I'm really high on him but he wasn't available unfortunately.

Now I can focus more on role players because I'm sure you won't steal my future picks ;)
