Did you make any trades or is your roster the same? You could send me Jordan Crawford, Axel Toupane and Quinn Cook as all have unguaranteed contracts if I see correctly.

I'd still have to add Pondexter. I'm over the cap still with Holidays cap hold if I remember correctly.

Okay that makes it a problem. To take him on I'd need a future second or something.

Sure. One last thing, I'm sure you don't care, but can I keep Crawford? Make it 40, Toupane, Cook, Pondexter and my 2018 2nd for Joseph?

MIA has interest in Porter but would expect pick(s) of value in return. Porter's full max is also a logistical wrench. Would Porter consider a sub-max knowing he'd make up some of the difference from FL's tax code?

No idea whether he's even interested in Miami as a destination and there's almost little to no chance we're talking "picks" on top of Porter unless those picks are 2nds. I'm willing to add minor value on top of Porter (assuming he accepts a S&T to Miami) but multiple firsts is out of the question unless you're adding other pieces as well.

Understandable. Porter's max isn't so much negotiating as a pragmatic cap issue for Miami.

Yeah we can agree to something but it really depends on his agent (ie. SC) to determine whether he's interested in the final destination or not.

Yeah sure. I'd cut him anyway so that's fine if it works salary-whise.

Yeah finding a HW-Porter deal before Free Agency might not behoove either party. Legit though MIA likes Porter.

Yeah, seems we have mutual interest in the swap so we should revisit the idea during FA.
FWIW, I'd be willing to eat a minor bad contract if necessary to get the deal done, preferably for a wing if possible.

No, thank you. I need to leave something for myself to do during the free agency portion.

At #39 the Hawks select Ivan Rabb

I think Memphis is on the clock. Is #40 still available?
I'd offer Iman Shumpert straight up
BAF: Phoenix Suns
PG: Ja Morant / Coby White / Ajay Mitchell
SG: Kon Knueppel / Brandin Podziemski / M.Peavy
SF: Matas Buzelis / Tristan da Silva / Sion James
PF: Keegan Murray / Noah Clowney / A.Jackson
C: Evan Mobley / Quentin Post / Luka Garza

Any interest in Vaughn or Jerami Grant for #40?
