To me with this group of 19 year olds, excluding maybe the top-3, talent is almost secondary, they all have talent but none of them will play in the NBA on talent alone. What will ultimately make the difference for them is personality and opportunity. And you can't really tell much about their personality until you sit them in an interview, ask a couple of behavioral questions, talk to people who know them, figure out what drives them and how they are thinking, and imagine how they would react to your specific team environment. Ie all the things we don't have access to LOL
A year ago Brogdon was almost written off by all draft experts based on his talent and Thon was considered dodgy at best. Personality and opportunity made the difference for them.
Hartenstein has some aspects to his game that are terrible but not entirely unfixable, and he seems like a sane person who will respond well to the Bucks-y development style. Just a gut feel (I might be 100% wrong). I'm sure there are more like him, I just happened to look into him the most.
