I doubt they're squashing Joe, sure he'll lose but i think he'll lose a relatively close match (which is ok).

If he does get squashed then the wwe are idiots.

I never thought we'd get Joe v Lesnar, I'm pretty excited about it.

For me, It's hard to get excited about something when you know the end plan.

i know what you mean but the match itself, and the story they could build up (they won't), but mainly the match if they do it right should be good (that means a straight forward slobbernocker, no shenanigans or run ins and let it run a good 20 minutes, with Lesnar actually wrestling properly and not doing his stale suplex city gimmick).

So excited about Brock and Joe. Corey Graves took the words out of my mouth, it is one of the few true dream matches I have left.

Brock will probably win but that doesn't dampen my enthusiasm one iota. Joe was at a WWE tryout in 2002 and they signed Nathan Jones instead. In early 2004 Foley pitched the idea of bringing in Punk and Joe after WM 20 as his guys to fight Orton and Batista in Evolution and Vince turned it down. And whether Joe admits it or not, that's gotta bother the crap out of him. He's been good since he got to the main roster but it feels like he hasn't kicked into that next gear and I think its because he hasn't been spotlighted enough that it feels like he should. But now those shackles are off and if his Raw Talk promo was any indication, I'm excited because that was fantastic. And I think he's going to use the next month to show that WWE missed out on 12 years of great main event's and I know Paul Heyman shares that opinion and he's going to do everything in his power to make sure Joe does that.

And I don't think its out of the realm of possibility that Joe wins. I think Brock and Reigns is still the plan but there's plenty of opportunity to get the title back on Brock between now and WM. Hell, Roman could go in as champ and Brock wins the Rumble. Joe winning this match would permanently put him at a certain level and you could do that and still easily get back to Roman vs Brock.

I'm semi worried about the heel-heel aspect of it (they better not turn Joe- he is so much better as a heel imo, as is his moveset).

Wrestling wise, it will be fantastic. Looking forward to that aspect of it.

I don't know if Joe is necessarily better as a heel, but I have doubts WWE could do a babyface Samoa Joe properly. The title feud with Angle in TNA and his run in ROH were the only instances of them really doing the babyface Joe character properly. Plus, babyface Samoa Joe is similar to the character Reigns is supposed to be, but Joe would probably do the character better

CSS has a pretty good article up about how RAW is ruining the women's division.
