I think that has more to do with the talent level from 14-40 being pretty comparable. Would be ideal to walk away with two or three of these guys rather than just one.

Just think, you could even trade down and then sell one of those picks for a couple mill!

If Vaughn has consistent shooting this year that would be unbelievable as his defence is already pretty good.

It'll look even better when Jabari is back.

So what do scouts not like about Devin Robinson? Has the size (6'8, 7'0 wingspan), athleticism, and shooting potential (39% from 3PT) to be a prototype 3&D wing at the next level. A guy with his physical profile and defensive upside seems like he'd be a lock in the mid-late 1st any other year. Could end up being a steal at #48.

For as great as his vertical was, in every other athletic test at the combine he was terrible. That being said I'd be happy with him at 48.

When I read these draft threads I get the feeling that many people think this is an NFL draft, don't quite get it.

Would you all do Middleton + 17 for all of the Sixers picks 3, 36, 39, 46, 50?

Middleton + 17 *might* get us 3 and 36 but more likely 3 and 2018 2nd round protected.

Even then, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Midds is not and never will be a superstar. DeAaron Fox might be.

Yup. He has my vote in the #48 pick thread.

I have no problem making a Packer type move in this draft as long as it's just moving down a few spots and gaining a small asset. I still like the idea of 17 for 21 and Jeremi Grant with OKC. I think that makes a ton of sense. 1 of Hartenstein, Leaf, Evans, Frank Jackson, Patton etc. is guaranteed to be there so why not?
