why would philly take a ball dominant guard that isn't a great shooter to compound their issues with shooting next to simmons?

why would phoenix take fox, to replace bledsoe? when they could grab that wing scorer and keep bledsoe?

sacramento would be throwing away their #10 just to pay fox MORE?

it doesn't logically stack up

they might do it if they wanted jackson, but not for fox if fox was their guy

cause Bledsoe is 27 years old and they're the 2nd worst team in the nba. Why not cash in now and get a really good return (top 10 pick perhaps).

it's one thing to draft ball, he has the game that offers something vastly different to what bledsoe offers, it's another to draft a replacement just to trade away bledsoe, which is a lateral move at best, particularly with jackson or tatum available.

that's like ignoring a need, only to draft a luxury, only to try to trade that depth for something else.

the suns aren't looking for immediate additional cap space (AFAIK) because they have a ton at the moment, and bledsoe's under contract for another 2 years, so there's no real rush to recoup value.

is bledsoe unhappy or something?

they got Warren who is like 23 years old and is a 15PPG player and offers you more going forward than Bledsoe who is in his prime and has a sketchy history of remaining healthy consistently.

i feel they just need more wing talent atm, they don't need to be shuffling value around and being cute (like the celtics) when:
- it's not urgent (like what competitive window are they really targeting?)
- they need another young talented 2/3 wing anyway
- they're already set at the 1 for years to come.

they're in a good spot atm, drafting fox would be a lateral move and places pressure on the FO to trade bledsoe for pennies, and would be an own goal

if they were to trade bledsoe anyway, i'd still draft a wing because at least i can say no if only crappy offers flood in, unlike the predicament philly found themselves in with the okafor/embiid/noel debacle

Bledsoe isn't going to go for Pennies, pretty sure he would fetch a fair bit on the trade block (yes, that includes another wing, one example is Jabari Parker who i think could be in that range).

On the Kings moving up.

Philly could end up landing DSJ at 5 and Monk at 10 potentially. That's just messed up (Tatum would be the worst fit with Philly).

The lakers have drafted several good players with their last 4 picks. Zubac, Russell, Larry Nance, and Ingram. What busts are you talking about? I thought you'd know what a bust looks like when you guys took Anthony Bennett.

Those players you listed only look "good" because of the team they play on. Of course someone on the team HAS to get points, rebounds, and assists, but the truth is none of those players are transforming the franchise into a contender plain and simple.

Lonzo has so much pressure placed on him by his dumbass father that I think he will shrink and end up being a role player off the bench at best.

So your definition of a bust is not single handedly transforming a team into contenders? Yeah okay.

Russell and Ingram are busts dude. I just don't see the star potential in them. Although I didn't see snitch potential in D'angelo and he proved me wrong...

Zubac and Nance would be the 12th man on any other team tbh.

Oh you dont see potential in them, definitely busts then....

You must be qualified since you like to reference TMZ-info like the super lame snitchfest of Russell.
