Very obvious...no one needs shooting and athleticism. I agree.....have way too many of those guys.

So Booker cant shoot? Chriss isnt an athlete? Bledsoe isnt an athlete? what you cant have is a player that plays the same spot that we are already stocked at and still wont be as good as. I am at a lost to understand why you are so set on picking up another knight when we already have him on the team and are trying to get rid of him. The NBA has gone to having more players spreading the floor but you still have to move the ball around before anyone is going to get an open shot. PnR and ISO are the flavors of the day but they only have value of the other players are still drawing coverage. 5 on 1 will never win a game or have a good shooting percentage. In the end there are so many other players out there that can improve our team without getting a player that wont be as good as Booker, Bledsoe or even Ulis.

Brandon Knight is Brandon Knight. Malik Monk is a different person......why can't you understand that?

Some of you guys kill me with your he is this guy crap. Ridiculous.

Archie Goodwin is the nearest comparable size to Frank Ntilikina.

No one ever accused Archie of being able to shoot the 3. But then again, no one ever accused Archie of being a mediocre athlete. None of it matters - at a certain point, the game is just mental.

An Archie Goodwin that had good court vision, 3 pt shooting, was unselfish, was an elite defender with 7 ft wingspan would probably be our starting PG. So this is good news if we somehow end up with French Frank.

Speaking of, are you still pining for Lance this offseason? Because if not, I am really excited to see who it is this year you want us to sign.

If we're even sure he has all that.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Stephenson fever is over. I'm really feeling the all youth movement so far for this upcoming season.

Trade Bledsoe. Trade Chandler. Basically trade anyone over 26 or so.

I also want to go after guys that were drafted somewhat high, but just haven't clicked with their teams. Guys that could possibly blossom into the players that experts thought they would be, with a change of scenery.

I'm talking about guys like WCS/SHABAZZ/PJ3. They have mediocre to low value to their current teams due to team fit and other players, but could also shine if given the minutes and the right situation.

I also like the idea of going after Drummond. Not at the cost of also taking on Reggie Jacksons contract, but having a rebounding defensive stud in the paint has always been one of my fantasies for this team.

Team board trolls right now get 12 hours suspension first time, 3 days suspension second time, and board ban on 3rd. This guy has seemed to do it elsewhere as well, so considering all that and only 38 posts among other things, he will likely be gone from realgm.

Dudley always give great insights, man. He'll be a great coach.

You mean he'll be a great analyst. He's a great talker and isn't afraid to give his honest opinions which are usually pretty spot on. I see him in some sort of analyst or commentator role in the future.

I dont think he'll settle for that. Seems like a future coach for me.

If its true with Sac there's no way that either philly or the Suns pass on drafting Fox to trade for the 5th and 10th right? ... would we like Fox enough to trade Monk or Tatum and Finland or France guy or Collins for Fox?

Basically. If you truly believe Jackson is going to be a star and he's there, you take him. If you don't feel sure though, and if you, like me, feel that some of the guys at 5 and 10 may have the highest upside in the draft (Isaac, Smith for instance), then you make the trade. If Jackson or Ball don't fall to 4, I can't see a guy Phoenix would value enough to not trade for 5 and 10.

It doesn't really matter who they believe will be available. None of these trades would be made until teams are on the clock. For all Sac knows, LA could take Fox. We will know who is available if that trade is offered. The more I think about such a trade though, is that with all point guards likely being gone at 10 and the top sf prospects as well, who do you take first if you want one of each? It makes me start to realize why the Kings might pull the trigger if they feel they are set with bigs. Because they could take Isaac or Tatum at 5 and then not have a PG left, or take a pg at 5 and not have a wing at 10. They have tons of bigs.

But they still won't know anything until the draft is happening...and probably have contingency plans if there are certain people taken at certain positions.

I was saying if you believe Jackson is a star, not if you believe Jackson will be available. Obviously the trade wouldn't occur unless Sac knew the Phoenix pick would get them Fox.
