It's rare that rookies drafted outside of the lottery show the type of potential Levert has shown. I'm not aware of another talented player who was injured and has been predicted to drop so low. While I'd hope for another Levert, I think it's wishful thinking to expect it to happen.

It's rare that rookies drafted outside of the lottery show the type of potential Levert has shown. I'm not aware of another talented player who was injured and has been predicted to drop so low. While I'd hope for another Levert, I think it's wishful thinking to expect it to happen.

I didn't say a prospect with levert like potential. I said a levert like reach. A player who isn't projected to go anywhere near where he gets drafted, but marks and co make the reach because all they care about is securing the draft rights.

We need to hit paydirt with one of these picks, landing another late 1st rd potential future starter is the difference between this ship trudging along at a snail's pace or cranking up the speed to 10.

Lots of pressure here IMO on the Nets to get this right.

I've been on the devin robinson hype train for a while now. would love him in the second round and even be happy with him at 22 or 27. to me he is a lock longterm 6th/7th man and glue guy

Yeah, he was my sleeper PG from several months ago. It seems like no one has talked about him due to his injury but he has all of the measurements and talent to be a good player in the league.
