I really like Hart but will he be there with our 2nd pick? Is 17th pick a reach?

Since we really have no chance at the top guards, I think we should be considering what it will take to move up and get Donovan Mitchell depending on how the draft plays out.

I could get behind this but not sure what we have that either Charlotte or Detroit would want and I think those are the two teams interested in trading down or out for vets

Charlotte gave up a 1st round pick for Marco Bellenelli. Anything is possible.

Not sure. But I feel good saying there won't be 17 players better than him in this draft.

This is a pretty solid list. It's so hard ranking 30 prospects. Only thing I'd probably change is I think you have Zach Collins and Tyler Dorsey a little too high for my liking and Leaf and Evans too low.

I like Josh Hart a lot too, I respect the decision to throw him in your top 15. That's pretty bold but I also agree there won't be a long list of prospects from this class that end up having better careers than him. I have family out in Philly that all love Nova hoops and my cousin thinks Hart is the best Nova prospect since Kerry Kittles. I guess take that however you will lol.

I go back and forth on Leaf. Some days I really like him. Some days I can't get past the defense. He's really one of those guys I lump together in groups and have a tough time choosing. For instance I have John Collins at 20 but I think for the Bucks I would much rather draft Leaf.

Evans I kinda sour on every day. Just seems like a bench guard to me. I think he has a tough time translating.

Dorsey, yeah he's a biased pick.

Really though, Zach Collins is a guy I absolutely love. I could move him up to #3 and feel fine with it. I think he's got all the tools to be an absolute stud as a center in the NBA.

I wish Evans was a little more explosive as an athlete but if that were the case he'd probably be DSJ and more of a top 10 pick then someone being mocked as a bubble 1st rounder.

I don't hate having Dorsey super high on your list, I'm pretty confident he can atleast translate into a bench spark scoring guard similar to what Jordan Clarkson would be on a better team? He's not the athlete Clarkson is but his game seems more polished. Not really comparing the players but what their respective roles could/should be in the league.

I have no idea what to make of Zach Collins honestly. I know he showed out in the tourney but overall I was never really "wowed" by any one thing he does. Thing I like most about him I guess is he plays really smart. Seems to always find himself in solid position to make a smart basketball play. I know that's not really a teachable attribute so he'll always have that working for him but imho, as far as overall talent goes I just can't rank him that high.

So I'm warming to Ike guys, without digging through all the draft threads why did he only play 13 minutes per game? Doesn't look like foul trouble. Inexperience? Better players ahead of him?
Could he get NBA minutes next year? I'm thinking ship off Henson and give all his minutes to Ike. It wouldn't be a huge amount early on, let him develop naturally at his own pace.

I mean he averaged 7.6 fouls per 40.

Hi everyone. I am a long time reader of these message boards but have just now finally got my account to work. I am a big draft nut and really enjoy reading all of your opinions. I feel like there are a lot of ways the Bucks could go in this draft that wouldn't upset me. The one guy that intrigues me a bit more than the rest though is Justin Patton and he is not a player that I see mentioned often on here. So, I am just curious, what does everyone here think about his NBA potential?

Welcome.

Justin Patton is a really strange player to evaluate.
He has some flashes of KAT offensively but there are serious concerns about his rebounding and his overall D awareness. His FT% is a concern too. He is very young that is a positive. In his interviews he speaks really fast but not well spoken. He is probably a really smart kid but I am not sure of his ability to concentrate mentaly. On scouts video I think it was "DX weakness" he looks lost on D like Jabari and a strange refusal to work hard at the boards.

Overall ... interesting and we should have had him worked out with us, already.
