Not easy to select just one in my opinion, but I think our draft is the most important aspect of this off-season.
My preference would be to add a veteran to our pick to trade up or just trade a veteran to get a late 1st/very early 2nd pick.
I would not be happy to draft lower than #13 though.
Signing Harris to an extension would be real close IMO.

Re: Most Important Off-Season Priority
To me the #1 priority is to switch out and trade the veterans, while it would be nice to get a better pick, and a late 1st that will allow us to get a couple of more prospects the most important thing is to bring in veterans that will be happy to be here and are okay with playing a role around Jokic and the young talent. Moving Chandler and then Barton would be my primary goals.

Re: Most Important Off-Season Priority
The priority definitely has to be moving the of Barton and Chandler. They're both free agents next summer (Chandler is basically guaranteed to opt out) and their value will only decline as the season moves onward. We know we're exceptionally terrible at making deadline deals which is why it's of the upmost importance that they get something in return for the two.
They've been rather vocal about their dissent with the organization as well, so it's a move that benefits both sides in this case.

Sounds logical, especially not losing Chandler & Barton for nothing next summer. Then again, that was the case last year when considering Gallinari and it looks like we're going to lose him for nothing or pay a bundle to keep him.

Re: Most Important Off-Season Priority
If you put them in order, it's almost like a chronological to-do list !! If you trade the vets, you can possibly use the booty to trade up. Also, losing Chandler and Barton may open up the possibility that Gallo is resigned. Also can open up the funds to make the Harris extension much easier to budget for (cuz we all know it's about the bottom line here).
Gallo and Plumlee CAN be re-signed w/o much effort, so I don't see that as a huge priority. I guess, same could be said about Harris because we can resign him as a RFA next summer as well.
The draft is coming up very quickly and I would like to package something to move up, whether it be all the way up to get Isaac or something smaller to get Collins, the level of talent increase would benefit the Nuggets greatly. That said, I'd be fine with OG or perhaps even a trade down for Giles.
Given all that, I have to go with trading the vets, Nelson, Barton and Chandler need to go, with Faried as a less than likely move given his trade value/market.

Yeah, makes sense regarding the veterans. I just don't think the Nuggets see it that way. I'm betting the resign Gallinari and keep Chandler & Barton until it's too late.
It would make a statement if they could come to an agreement with Harris. Then again, Harris might want to wait for RFA.
Draft: you made me think; can we trade some vets for a 1st around 15-22? Get Anunoby & Giles? I'd love that!
