We can hate and rag on KD being a snake all we want, but we don have to realize Lebron started this whole superstar thing, whether he denies it or not.

He gave people the balls/confidence to make a move like this. Lebron was ring chasing extremely hard back then. He knew he coudnt do it with the team he had in Cleveland, so he had to take a drastic measure

Well, little lost in this and not nearly the same impact as winning it as a player...but congrats Steve Nash on getting a ring.

And as a fan who's watched the Warriors for a long time....we DID need Durant to beat this Cavs team and LeBron

Yeah, Curry is just not in same weight class as Lebron. He and Kyrie can go at each other, and it is a fair fight, but KD vs Lebron, that's something else.

As much as I dislike him, KD earned that Finals MVP. I don't think GS wins this series without him. But Cleveland played so well, especially those last 3-4 games. I don't think they could have done much better and that's what makes this loss so depressing. One of the top two players of all-time (arguably playing at his peak) on an all-time great team still wasn't enough to beat these Warriors. It's hard to imagine anyone beating them. Not sure how anyone other than Warriors fans can feel good about this result.

I know it wont get much play, but shock of game for me is significant MacCaw minutes. Thats confidence in coach matchup thinking. ROOKIE IN FINALS with some key plays early in game. No McGee. Not shocked based in McGee P&R D and MacCaw defense, but wow. CLEV had him figured out, or is it a move to sign him cheaper?

I didnt think MacCaw would get any playoff time and his icewater demeanour shut me up. Clark is probably gone?

Ty Lues press conference essentially was "well, they had too much talent". Not looking good for the league, eh?
Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

I think Curry deserved the FMVP.

He had a lot more attention on him, he was trapped and doubled the moment he crossed half court, the amount of not only assists and hockey assists he gets is extremely valuable and a big reason why the Warriors won. Guys like Iggy, Livingston, Green and even KD got a bunch of open dunks/lay ups because of how much attention Curry garners.

Curry still scored plenty despite how many guys he had draped over him, so when he does score it's more impactful. His on off numbers also showed how impactful he is. Durant was great, sure, but Curry is the real finals MVP.
