What state should MLB go to next? In another forum we talked about that every city should have a team, where do you think it would be the most productive? Productive meaning fans show up, players want to play, money on both ends work for players and owners?
And the obvious question would be why it would work out?

Portland could use a team. They love baseball up there and it'd give the Mariners a geographical rival.
