The things I would to have a KP-FN young core...

Things I would to have Carlisle as a coach KP-FN

Carlisle is the last coach to actually win a championship without a super team.

That would be a **** load of offense. Defense would be ass, but that would be like a younger version of the warriors if the decide to lock all of them up with all that home grown talent.

What's crazy is the fact that DSJr, Lavine, Wiggins, and KAT are horrible defenders.

I would love to see that lineup just to see the amount of points they would give up every game.

But Dunn isn't. Which is why I said DSJ & Dunn compliment each other well.

They also need Perimeter scoring, and Monk/Markannen both also make sense for them.

This is all assuming tho that the Suns do indeed take Isaac @4.

minnys bad defense comes more from lack of focus, communication, and effort. all fixable things their not incapable defenders. they'd benefit alot from having more veteran presence around their team their still a young group

Josh Jackson has yet to workout for the Boston Celtics, but the possibility of him going to them at No. 1 has gained momentum. Markelle Fultz has widely been considered the probable first overall pick for several months. – via insider.espn.com
Draft, Josh Jackson, Markelle Fultz, Boston Celtics
Storyline: No. 1 pick
“I’ve picked Danny’s brain for years,” one GM said. “Jackson is an Ainge player all the way. Tough, athletic, long, versatile, elite motor. If he’s keeping the pick, Jackson just to me, far and away, is the most Celtics-type player for them to draft. From all my conversations with them, I’m convinced they’ll take Jackson No. 1.” – via insider.espn.com

“We like him a lot,” the Celtics source said about Jackson. “But we like several guys a lot. We’ve got a week to figure it out.” – via insider.espn.com

josh jackson might be going number 1 to celtics

I haven't paid a great amount of attention to this thread throughout the draft process, but have popped in every once in a while.

What do you guys think of Wesley Iwundu from Kansas St? He is a long player who is a good passer, defender, and solid rebounder for the SF position. He could improve as a shooter, but is a good slasher on the offensive end and solid in transition.

I think he would be a solid option if we were able to acquire a pick in the 20's. We would have some long defenders who are all pretty dang young if we went with Frank in the 1st and picked Iwundu.

Frank, Iwundu, Holiday (if we bring him back), and KP would be a long, young core of players who all can play defense

A really solid draft IMO, that would be pretty realistic would be something like this

Frank at 8
Acquire a pick around 15-20 and pick Bam from UK
1st 2nd round pick select Dwayne Bacon SG/SF from FSU
2nd 2nd round pick select Jonah Bolden PF

All of those guys are pretty versatile and are either long, athletic, or both.

I think he would be a good fit with the team. I think his shot could be improved realistically with work. He is a long player who plays hard. Sort of reminds of of Justin Holiday actually, but seems to be able to create for others better.

I watched some clips of him a while ago and just watched the draft express strengths video they dropped on him and really liked what I saw

I'd be pretty hype for a draft like that.
