there's only one ball tho..

Lavine off the bench

Isaac would be great there, but if they like Smith, then Rubio and Dunn shouldn't be preventing them from taking him

they need isaac or lauri IMO

This Luke news is nothing more than "Knicks are in love with Trey Lyles & Frank Kaminsky and are interested in selecting them #4"......... Not saying they are not interested in Luke but that doesn't mean they would take him at 8. It's just click bait

Lonzo Ball is still considering talking to teams that have lottery picks below the Los Angeles Lakers, a source close to the former UCLA Bruins star told ESPN.

Ball will work out for the Lakers -- who have the No. 2 pick in next week's NBA draft -- a second time on Friday at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles County. He remains hopeful the Lakers will give him some indication whether he's "separated himself" throughout the draft process, the source said, and he has no plans to speak with or work out for the Boston Celtics, who hold the No. 1 pick.

After Friday's workout, he will consider talking to other lottery teams that have asked to speak with him, according to the source.

Source: Ball set for 2nd Lakers workout Friday
Former UCLA star Lonzo Ball's second Lakers pre-NBA draft workout will be Friday, a source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.

Lakers work out Jackson, Fox in prep for draft
The Lakers hosted Josh Jackson and De'Aaron Fox on Tuesday as they prepare for next week's draft and are hoping to schedule a second workout with Lonzo Ball.

Ball works out for Lakers, wants to lead team
Lonzo Ball worked out for the Lakers on Wednesday and reiterated his desire to play for his hometown team.
Ball is hoping to give the Lakers an up-close look at his training regimen and work ethic.

There also will be an opportunity for the Lakers to visit Friday with Ball's family, most notably his outspoken father LaVar Ball.

After Friday, the Lakers will have worked out the three most likely choices for the No. 2 pick -- Ball, Josh Jackson and De'Aaron Fox -- twice. They also worked out the probable No. 1 pick, Washington guard Markelle Fultz, on Thursday.

The Lakers are committed considering all options heading into next Thursday's draft; however, team sources said it remains highly unlikely they'd trade the second overall pick.

Does anybody know the original source that spread this rumor. Knicks Twitter just reminds me how stupid most Knicks fans are. They'll believe anything just to tweet stupid ****.

Why are you getting alerted by ESPN? Unless you work for them it's useless.

I like using ESPN alerts for Fantasy Baseball to get notified when prospects and the such get called up. Knicks notifications were added since i was already getting some anyway.

Luke "Kobe" Kennard, The White Mamba ?

also the prospect with the most vids on nbadraft ever

if thats who they think BPA is, do it. then after the fans stop crying, about 10 minutes later, he will be the greatest ever, and have a ceiling till hes 32.
There's something about an underdog that really inspires the unexceptional.

On Thursday, Chad Ford of ESPN.com said of Kennard "in recent weeks he's moved up fast" and noted the Duke product has already worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat and Detroit Pistons.

"Right now it looks like the Pistons at No. 12 are Kennard's floor," Ford wrote. "But he could go higher. The Knicks, according to a team source, are seriously considering taking him at No. 8. And a Lakers source said he'd be a favorite if the team ends up with a second pick in the top 10."

A general manager with a late lottery pick said, "There's no way he gets to us," per Ford. "I don't think there's any way he's out of the top 10. We think he's the best shooter in the draft."

If the Knicks liked Kennard at 8 then I won't be mad because unlike the people that say they trust in Gaines...I actually DO trust him. If he likes Kennard then I love Kennard.

Kennard is no scrub. The dude can play and and he really could thrive in the triangle. He could be a sleeper pick the same way Booker was in 2015 but apparently nobody is sleeping on him as he's impressed almost everybody who watched him work out. I wouldn't be mad one bit if we took him.
