if celtics don't take fultz #1, i think they would have pre-planned a trade down to philly/sacramento (ie. draft josh jackson, trade down and somehow get 2 picks back with the chance of still nabbing fultz or ball if they can get philly's pick and a later first round draft pick)

DJS could (unlikely but still possible) go 10 and he could end up being a franchise cornerstone. I see no incentive for Sac to trade 5 and 10 in this draft. I also see no movement in that regard on the Sac board.

The poll needs to more options:

3) Fultz (I still think Celtics will pick Jackson w 1st)
4) Trade 2nd w fillers for an impact PG
Since the 1976 merger LAL 11, CHI 6, BOS 6, SAS 5, GSW 4

PG: Luka / Vincent / Bronny
SG: Smart / Reaves / Knecht / Mañon
SF: LaRavia / Rui / Thiero
PF: Bron / Vando / Kleber
C: Ayton / Hayes / Koloko

No issues, my friend! Fultz is perfect next to Simmons. We still got SAC 1st in our pockets.

You now control your future.

Exactly. I've always thought, much long ago, that Fultz is the perfect fit for your team (although I think Russell would be amazing too), but if we can keep his shooting and draft Ball at the same time, and get our pick back next year, then it is a no-brainer.

This was fun. Send this to BC and I'll send this to Magic and Rob. 8-)

I would like that too. #2 & #3.

I think though the #28 is not good enough.

I think the Lakers have to Offer Clarkson, Young and the #28 to move up in the draft say # 12 to 16 and take a filler. Hopefully he has value.

Then take the #12 to #18 and trade the pick with Russell for the #3.

If the Celts draft Jackson I'm totally down to swap fultz for lonzo and our 2018 back

Fultz reminds me of Melo and I expect him to have similar success in his career.

Young can't be traded, he's said he'll opt out and find a contender.

Lonzo apparently measured at 6 feet 7 during his workout with the Lakers.

I'm also not a fan of going to #4 and being happy with what's there. What additional prospects are we talking about that we would want?

My thought exactly, but I went on the Phily board and ask them if they would take Dloading for the 3rd pick and they all said no way. I think Russell's value is not as high as we Lakers fans see and this is not a good thing. Maybe adding the 28th pic would make the deal happen.
