Zero chance they give up three premium unprotected firsts. Furs isn't a generational can't miss pick like SHAQ, Duncan, Lebron.

Ainge apparently really likes Tatum. Tatum might actually be the target.

It's a mathematical law of the universe that Ainge needs to draft a guard or wing who can't shoot that well and isn't that polished on offense. Celtics got Fultz handed to them, so now the universe is trying to self-correct itself so that Ainge can draft his bad shooter.

Don't do it.

That's all. If you do then do it with LA. They aren't a worry to us and I can live with Lonzo.

Fultz
Embiid
Simmons

Jesus. Do you want to give the future of the East to Philly?

That'd be a coup since they could flip Crowder and Bradley for a rim protecting center or more picks. Or flip Thomas and roll with a huge backcourt of Butler and Bradley. That works with a ball handling SF in Hayward.

I'll go ahead and point out right here that Danny Ainge doesn't actually have a good track record drafting players. IMO, they should take Fultz, make IT a 6th man in a year, and trade out Smart or Bradley to clear cap space.

If they think they can attach a pick to move Horford's deal and attract Blake in free agency, then that makes a bit of sense.

Embiid has to be healthy first and play more than 30 games on a minutes restriction.

Boston Globe writer. There's legs everywhere on this.

My overall take; I like Fultz, I thought we were getting Fultz. I'm OK with this, but Danny better be careful. This is what Danny gets paid to do, but man he better be right.

Initially Woj thought it was a future Sixers pick which would be a hell of a trade.

Ainge must think the new fad for the NBA is have as many 6'7" to 6'8" SFs as possible. That could work and get him deep in the East Playoffs, but he's not winning a title with Isaiah Thomas or Marcus Smart as his starting PG.

If Philly is offering that much, they must really like Fultz. I mean, really like him. Two firsts to move up two spots.

I still think Ainge will draft Tatum.
