But after the top 4 it's kinda blurred... for example - while I really dislike Ball and his weaknesses, I could see him doing OK in the league if he really has a team, coach and system that benefits his style, and strenghteningh his positives while hiding his negatives... But I could say this to pretty much all draftees outside the top 3-4, pretty much every year.
