this is ned yost's fault 100%. guys should always be legging them out to first with hustle, we should know how to lay down a bunt, and balfour should never have been in.

Estrada should buy Balfour dinner...

He took a lot of the attention off of Estrada blowing this game

Estrada's double play was the most pathetic double play I have ever seen.

I would have liked Capuano to Zambrano Estrada's face for handing him our 11th straight loss when he starts

Well if this doesn't prompt Melvin to get on the phone for another veteran reliever, I don't know what will.

And thats why we are poor on the road. Will not win the div if we keep play like this on the road. And I do not know why Belfore is even pitching. He needs to pitch when the Brewer are losing bad. Does he even have his green card? Please someone call the INS on this guy.

as a former catcher i can vouch for estrada having very tired legs deep in a game trying to run the bases...your legs feel like jello.

that said, being a human being, a baseball player, and a person that has any pride in playing the game(especially for a competitive team that gives it their all) i would have run myself out of any energy i had left on that and i wouldn't even think of using fatigue as an excuse.

Unfortunately, Balfour should have never been in that situation. However, he is putting the ink on being a "AAAA" pitcher. He will most likely get sent down when Hall is back on Wednesday.

i am seriously so ready/happy that bill hall is almost back. he needs to lead by example: hustle, balls-out play, great attitude, good plate approach. this right now is just a bunch of guys swinging bats.

There isn't much doubt in my mind. Parra could potentially get rusty with less work, but I think he'll be staying. Especially since he has looked very good in his first couple of appearances. I can't say the same for Mr. Ball Four
