Well it's kind of looked that way all along, though I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Boston took him. He almost certainly has a promise, and said he wouldn't work out with teams lower than four after his second workout with us. But he worked out for Boston too.
If they think take him I think we'd take Tatum, though I'd definitely prefer Jackson..but he has big risks so I could be ok with Tatum.

I have this gut feeling we won't take Jackson even if he's there, and this place go crazy.

i still think Jackson received a promise from LA or Boston (he's clearly an Ainge type, I cant see him sliding at all)

Horrible return. It's only slightly better than just leaving Eric on the curb along with that old couch you're throwing away.

I am not a fan of Isaac

1. Not explosive by any means
2. Inconstant shooter
3. Sub par strength and needs to gain weight
4. Average defensively

I will be pissed if this tank job of a season lands him at #4

Yeah, maybe. Maybe that is why neither spoke highly of his workout. But Boston may be trying to build up Tatum in media in case LA takes Isaac and they have to settle for Jackson. But if they had much separation in what they thought between the two, I don't think they would have made the trade.

Not to be a conspiracy theorist but maybe the Issac love being leaked is to try to keep Sac from trading to 3 to pick Fox? I really hope thats it. Im with bum. Issac is underwhelming.

We've had our eye on Isaac at 6 in Orlando for the last few weeks. Would not surprise me if he hops into the top 5 with PHX taking him at 4. He does have his short comings, but he is closer to an elite defensive prospect than an average one by far.

Ainge is waiting to finalize the deal on draft day. I think it would be hilarious if he didn't get the player he envisioned. Can you imagine the Celtics board?

Yea he can sit on that couch with Paul and his bum knees waiting for his next payday which ain't happening here while we get two players we have control of for years to come that fit the timeline of our rebuild.

For a 6'10-6'11 guy with a finesse game... he's explosive enough.
Shooting can improve...
Weight gain comes with maturation
He's good defensively... can cover small players to bigs.... but too weak to guard bangers.

He's pretty explosive for his size, length.. definitely more explosive than say, Tatum. He was very inconsistent, but that goes for most of these guys. He's definitely not an avg defender though. Even his DX video says he can guard 1-4. He's a little bit like WCS with a shot, more explosiveness and way more upside.

He WAS waiting to finalize it on draft day, or at least that was reported on twitter, but then he suddenly pulled the trigger. It's done. Well, most of the Celtics board wants Tatum, since they already have a bunch of defensive guys that can't shoot all that well.

Bledsoe's gotta go though...
Knight would atleast improve and his value will rise.

Bledsoe for Russell and Deng, Lakers expedite their playoff team.

Ultimately if LeBron wants George he will get him. Love is irrelevant to the Cavs future without James anyway. Remember he is the reason Love is in Cleveland and Wiggins is not. Mc D has been linked to Love in the past. I believe it was Bledsoe involved in the trade rumors. I seriously doubt Indiana accepts Knight Warren and the Miami pick next year. But if they do McD Will proceed to immediately soil himself right on the spot. McD may even swap out Bledsoe if he can get Love. Everyone knows that Golden State has the leauge on lockdown the next few years so it just boils down to how badly Sarver wants to get in the playoffs.

He has zero offensive moves. Doesn't it worry you that his baskets were all assisted but like 10% or something like that? That's terrible. Also asthma is a concern for me as well.

Because we want Fox? I'd be pretty surprised and extremely disappointed. If we wanted a PG though, I feel like we might have worked out one, or maybe a handful of them.

Isaac would probably be underwhelming as a rookie though.

I think we desperately need defense. But I also think his offense will come and he has shown flashes.

If we get Love, we'd keep Bledsoe.....

They'd run Bledsoe Booker Love out there...
