AB, Mem 19, Bos 18 for PG13.

We may not re-sign AB anyway so why not?

Brown, Bradley, 2018 BOS, 2019 LAC might be more enticing for the Pacers. Remove the more valuable MEM pick. We also get to keep Crowder as backup to both forward positions.

Smart-Hayward-Crowder-George-Horford lineup would be a nightmare on defense.

I'd give up 3 and some more if Myles Turner was coming back too.

George > Butler.

He's already a Laker in his mind.

But he has to know the lakers aren't winning any championships soon. He's gonna leave one middling team for another.

Sign Blake. Draft Jackson. Keep BRK and LAL picks. Keep rolling. Try to get the next Paul George -- not this one!

That team is rock solid. Make the vet PF/C be Zach Randolph, bring back G. Green as the 3rd/4th string PF, go to the conference finals or NBA finals, draft in the top 5, rinse and repeat.

Too bad if George is fully committed to LA.

Houston or Portland or Detroit or Phoenix as third team.

I HATE that I'm now thinking like Bill Simmons. Ugh.

Bring in PG's buddy CJ Miles for some bench shooting.

Why do people insist on trading Jaylen Brown?

It's mind numbing.

Yeah, as of today his statements seem at odds. I want to play for a contender =/= I want to play for the Lakers. Not as of today or for the near future.

I don't think Brown is going anywhere. He's cheaper and has more potential than Crowder.

Minds can be changed, particularly when you win boatloads of games. I wouldn't give up anything we'd really regret in the end because of what you are saying but if a low ball offer like Kevin Love can get it done, give up some of our assets we can afford to part with without much pain. Maybe worst case scenario he boosts your odds of recruiting a Hayward or Blake even further.

PG is the better fit no doubt in my mind. Not ball dominant good at nearly everything. More versatile lineups. Basically you have to access the odds on if he leaves you high and dry.

Gunna point out the obvious here. The Lakers will only have room for one max guy next season. And they're heavily rumored to chase LeBron. Are we sure they're picking PG13 over LeBron?

Ideally, you find a way to keep him and all the premium picks but if you're trying to win now, Crowder > Brown imo. It still leaves you with Tatum, Zizic, 2019 LAL, 2018 BKN for the future.

Anyway, that would be the max I'd offer in case there's a bidding war.

Haha. This honestly can be a steal. Even if he does bail (which I really dont think he will), we can still keep the picks that matter.

There is no reason why we shouldnt end up with George, in my opinion
