Why the **** would you want that? To give less Minutes to our Rookie and to give us a worse Pick next Year? Unless we get a SuperStar we should not sign anyone over 24...

Yea makes zero sense. Yeah let's roll out the undersized brothers and get killed and bullied on the boards and on D.

Why exactly would it give frsnk less minutes? Everything ive saw and read says frsnk is a 2 so they both can start. As for the pick next year. Id prefer to bottom out but this team wont if we are going to waste a max on noel to go with a wasted max on barnes then we might as well add a pg. If we draft dsj which I prefer great but frank isnt nba nor is he a point so id rather watch teague than barea

Draftexpress has Nkinnia going 14th, because they know, as does anyone that's ever watched basketball, the spawn between Dante Exum and Roddy Beabois does not warrant a top 10 pick.

Draftexpress is one of the worst mock draft sites out there. I guarantee you Ntilikina goes in the top 9

I know he will, because our stubborn, moronic FO want to come across as clever and being able to eye talent others don't and also try and make up for the Giannis blunder, so they'll take him.

Nope. Knicks will take him because he's a better fit for the triangle than any other guard available there, and we will get Smith or Monk... I'll be happy either way

I'd be okay with Monk, not ecstatic given he can't play PG, but he has a lot more athletic ability than our other tweeners (Seth and Terry mainly). But if we get Smith and also trade Wes "3 for 10" Matthews, you, Chuck, Dirk, James Conway, Mr B, and our other posters need to clear up your calendar, cause we're going out to celebrate, drinks on me.

Agreed. I cringe every time I see a quote from Cuban saying we aren't going to trade Wes. I pray it's a smokescreen

We need to call Philly know that they are draftign Fultz and see if they'll do Wes for a 2nd rounder (maybe ours back) and Bayless. he gives them vet leadership and is much more effective when others are handling the ball and passing, which Fultz and Simmons would.

One thing I really want to see Thursday is for Dallas to try to buy a late 1st or an early 2nd rounder this year

Also I think they need to explore possibly packaging a future 2nd rounder along with Powell to Brooklyn for air.

Regardless though, I think we have to explore he market for Wes and take the best offer available for him, even if it's a bad contract in return like Crabbe or Turner (assuming picks are coming with either)

Reports coming out now that the Lakers want another lottery pick. How about #9 and Powell for Russell and Randle?

Decent, but I doubt they would do it. But I'd probably try them into trading Ingram :D

We would probably have to put Curry in the deal too, but I still think that's worth doing. Randle comes back home, D'lo gets a much needed change of scenery, and Magic gets another pick to build with this year.

No way they give up on Ingram

Love Ingram, but agreed he won't be on the table. If Smith Jr. and Issac are not on the board at 9 (which is all but likely), I'd do this trade in a heartbeat, not sure if LAL would, but if you can turn #9, Powell, and Curry into D-Lo and Randle, you have to.

Since it's becoming more and more evident that we won't be able to resign Seth (since the front office is braindead and wants to keep Matthews), this is actually a pretty good return for both teams. I'd be down for it.

Looks like Donovan mitchell will be in today so i wonder how that goes, also today could be franks last game if they lose so he may come over in time to workout for a team or 2

I think the Lakers will begin the process of building around PG so trading Curry to them would make some sense.
I'd definitely do Curry/Powell/#9 for Russell/Randle but don't see the Lakers doing it.

I think the Mavs may be anticipating a trade if DSJ and Ntilikina are both gone. Detroit at 12 might be willing to move up to take Monk. Then at 12 Mitchell becomes a legit option.

Detroit is a bad trade partner for us. We don't need Drummond since we have Noel, and everyone else on their team is pretty sorry (Jackson/Johnson) or a free agent (KCP). Unless they want to throw in a first for 2018, I'd rather just stay where we are and pick BPA
