His main goal should be to gobble up defensive boards and bull-rush run the break Charles Barkley/LBJ style. He has the potential to post many triple doubles this year.

Yeah, I'm going out on a limb here and say he's not going to average 15 rebounds.

I haven't given up on him yet like some but how is he "so close to being great"? What Spanish_Laker said was right. Post moves, shooting, and defense need a lot of improvement.
