If Celtics scouts don't like him, then he's a guaranteed star

Perhaps they will be impressed when he drops 40 on them in a playoff game.

Also if anyone wants to feel old, Fultz is 3 less than 3 years older than this message board lol.

They are concern with his explosiveness, which for me is unconsciously means his motor.

They are concerned with his explosiveness, yet apparently are leaning Tatum at 3 who is less explosive than Fultz. I've said a billion times here on this board how overrated Ainge is, and I'm glad people are finally seeing it.

Fultz plays like a similar pace with Jrue but he's miles better with his vertical.

It's cliche but I see a quicker Brandon Roy. He always plays at his own pace but suddenly, after he's lulled you to sleep, you realize this guy has a 2nd gear and a serious vertical.

The pace is so Hardenesque it's scary.

Agreed, he's deceptively quick and so smooth off the dribble. Good vision like Harden and Roy too.

He has some biases from his career as a player. I say the same thing with Michael Jordan.

JR Giddens, Gerald Green, James Young, RJ Hunter, Terry Rozier,Fab Melo, Kelly Olynk, etc. Like I'm not sure that I'd draft much worse if I threw darts at the names of guys for some of these drafts. The fact that they're scouts aren't high on Fultz should probably let you know we probably got something real good.

My sources also said that Sixers FO also saw red flags on Josh Jackson and Tatum.

To be fair.. fultz was bricking for 8 minutes of his workout with the sixers.

I'm just so happy so many Celtic fans are bitter lol. They were loving Fultz for a whole month and were so excited to see him and now he's going to a rival lol. Some Celtic fans changed their avatar to Fultz. I love it so much. Now they are trying to belittle him and change their tune.

We were lucky that Boston has too many good guards, similarly with us too many bigs. Boston wants to keep IT with his breakout year. Fultz would have been his backup or not a perfect fit. However, he is a perfect fit for the Sixers. The transition buckets are gonna be exciting, Covington and TLC should be more productive with the attention of defenses focused on Fultz, Simmons, and Embiid.

Entertain yourself by also dropping by other young teams' message boards.

Seeing we really are aiming for the play-offs, I can see us start with Bayless or TJ at point and maybe even TLC or Sauce at 2.

Think Fultz will be coming along very easily.

...or Ben Simmons will be the starting point guard.. like the 76ers have kept telling us for 6 months.

Fultz should be a day one start because our guards are extremely weak. Just throw him out there, and give him 28-32 minutes from the get go.

Fultz will definitely start day 1... I just don't believe he will be the primary ball handler (I've given up using the word point guard as people don't seem to get past the point forward thing).

Simmons will be the primary ball handler with Fultz having some time as the secondary ball handler.

His body language is poor. This workout and his body language is so atypical for a future star player.
Watching him with his head down throughout the workout and looking not confident at all is worrysome. His dribbling moves were also shaky.

And the crazy thing is he could have been picked 3rd since Ainge wasn't fond of him at all and Lakers were going after Lonzo.

Remember when people said Ben Simmons was considered to have poor body language, took time off between plays, wasn't focussed, was poor defensively etc etc. They called Simmons "not a winner" because he played at a bad school with awful teammates and couldn't get them to the tournament. In fact everything that Markelle Fultz has also had as negatives about him.

News since then is that Simmons was the best defender at training camp and according to Richaun Holmes, Simmons shone out for his intensity and work ethic where he literally went 100% at everything all the time and a gym rat. The exact opposite of what the recruiters told us were his "red flags".

I see Fultz in the same situation as Simmons. They are generally relaxed and pretty introverted guys that come from very stable humble families. Teammates at Montverde where Embiid, Simmons and DeAngelo Russell played said that Embiid was the good fun guy that loved to joke around, D'Angelo Russell was the guy that trash talked during games and Simmons was the guy that was quiet but would dunk over guys the next 3 times down the floor in the same game whilst D'Angelo was trash talking.

Fultz seems to be the same as Simmons in demeanour. I think people confuse that though with a lack of desire and will to win. We will soon find out. Give me a Fultz and Simmons that are humble and come from great families.... over a Josh Jackson that threatens to beat women and posts rubbish like this.

Well, if that's the case then Josh jackson at 20 should be a big deal.

Josh Jackson is more likely maxed out physically considering he's 15 months older than Fultz. That along with his underwhelming measurements and broken shot are red flags.

Personally I expect Boston to pass on Jackson and take Jayson Tatum instead at #3 after Fultz and Ball go #1 and #2. Jackson will go #4 to Phoenix.

General NBA says they may have red flags with Fultz, thats why Celts is passing up on him. But why don't they say maybe Sixers see redflags in both Jackson and Tatum right?

I mean seriously.. They say Fultz has no glaring weakness but JJ and Tatum has also no weakness? Makes no sense.

So what I saw last year in college wasn't real like Leonardo Di Caprio's movie in inception?
