Lol at Giannis, Jabari, Monroe, or Thon being "soft". Thon is skinny, not soft.

Ntilikina is like Dante Exum with an actual base in terms of floor game.

It's kinda cool not knowing who we're going to draft.

If we draft Giles, in hindsight you knew.

Put me in the camp that thinks we have too many "soft" guys, but I more as a void of of nastiness somewhere on the roster, a physicality and a mindset that I think we could use more of

It's why I like guys like Thornwell and Mason, I think they bring an attitude, in a good way that our team could use some more of...One thing I will say, is adding guys like Delly, Brogdon and Thon, definitely made us a tougher team, not just physically but mentally too.

Yup.

Monroe's certainly not soft, he's just too slow on defense to be a real banger on that end. Parker has too often been lost on defense, but he's not soft either. Both are bull's on offense. Spot on description for Thon.

Henson is the one guy that's soft on both ends of the floor.

Thon temperature check - what's the lowest pick you would accept in a trade for Thon?

Same. I'd also add you can care about floor and still shoot for ceiling....stairs...wat

Or draft/acquire some...I don't see Ibaka as a guy that we would have a chance to sign anyway.

Super not interested in trading him. Would have to think more about it though, we finally have a legit prospect 3&D center with rim protection, hard to let that go.

Deonte Burton is an interesting option imo. With the way the Bucks invert their frontcourt and backcourt in some plays, he could be nice.

Dang. Was not expecting him to throw that down(2nd play). That block was nasty too. To be fair he does not at all look 260 lbs.

Portland has pics 14, 20, 26 and a sh $t frontcourt. Strongly think they will roll the dice on Giles at 14. That's what I would do then take lower risk players at 20 and 26 if not dealing them to move up.

other than Monroe, they are soft

not that they aren't aggressive and talented...but they don't have anyone with a mean streak on this team. guys who fight for the boxout...or scrap for that extra rebound. and most of it can be blamed on them being young...but they could use a grinder on the floor with them to make them work a little harder.

He's not a guy I'd be pissed about.

I'd be pissed about Kennard, J. Collins, Allen, J. Jackson, Anunoby, Wilson, Ferguson, and Patton.

Just trade Henson and then there wouldn't be a single soft front court player on the roster. Cuz yeah, this guy is never gonna have a problem intimidating the **** out of guys coming down the lane:

You shouldn't except Monroe if you include Thon in the soft category. Thon is very good at boxing out, Monroe is downright awful at boxouts. Even Henson is a little better at box outs than Monroe.

Giannis and Thon only guys that play with an edge. Giannis could be tough, but he has to expend energy on offense and has a bad habit of ball watching rather than boxing out on the boards, although when he makes a concerted effort he is great at grabbing rebounds.

This pretty much describes Thon perfectly. Thon gets stronger and we put Henson down and there's no "toughness" issue on the team. Brogdon, Middleton, Giannis, Thon, Delly are about as tough as it gets at each of their positions.
