i would pick Phil over Melo if I had to but no way I am keeping Phil at the expense of KP.

I am leaning this way. Dump Melo, KP and Phil this offseason just rip it all the way down. Hire the right people which I know Dolan will not and start over. But I would dump Phil first and then rebuild Melos value then move him at the deadline.
