Conversely to the first round workouts, I really like most of these guys.

We Didn't workout ...

Terrance Ferguson
Jawun Evans
Semi Ojeleye
Hartenstein
Pasecniks

I was so happy at the start of our workouts ... we were like the first team to start the workouts ... and then ownership decided to let Hammond go for nothing ... everything paused and now players 1 day before draft night cancel workouts with us (you can't blame them) ... the stupidity of our franchise strategy is off limits.

Anyway we are one Hartenstein away to be happy again

Anybody know who Ford has us taking in his final mock this morning?

Edit, looks like its his final top 30 rankings but not final mock.

Tony Bradley or Isaiah Briscoe in the second would be okay, although I think Bradley goes earlier and Briscoe goes undrafted. I'd prefer Moute Morris.

T.J. Leaf (F, UCLA)

Derrick White (G, Colorado)

Tyler Lydon (F, Syracuse)

Ivan Rabb (F, California)

Jarrett Allen (F/C, Texas)

Bam Adebayo (F, Kentucky)

Justin Jackson (F/G, North Carolina)

Donovan Mitchell (G, Louisville)

Might be a reach at 17, but I think Tony Bradley is considered a potential 1st round pick as well and he was brought in.

Harry Giles didn't come in, but Milwaukee went to his Pro Day.

Gross. That list (minus Mitchell, who's unlikely) couldn't be more underwhelming.

I'm coming around on Leaf...watching those vids, I think he has quite a bit of untapped athleticism yet, because he doesn't look like he has done any serious weight training...I have a lot of concerns about him, but could wrap my head around that pick.

Leak would be like Brogdon - Not top talent, but steady for years to come.

New DX has us taking Patton. I'd be very happy. Also has Ntilikina falling to 15, which, wtf?

Random thought: Mavs trade down from 9 to Blazers, take Ntilikina 15, Blazers take Zach Collins.

Is Leak somebody or did you mean Leaf? If Leaf, I agree, he seems to be that high floor kind of guy that could develop into our Mirza, but hopefully better.

It won't be a popular take, because Leaf doesn't have the flare of Tony Kukoc, but there is Kukoc in there when I watched Leaf's vids.

I really could get on board with mostly anyone discussed around 17. Obviously I have my preferences but theyre largely ranked fairly evenly I'd only have issue with Ferguson or Allen.

Giles is a Schwartz client.

Book it.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

Yikes.. watching him trying to bring the ball up court in the press is brutal. Not what you want to see out of a ball handler lol.
