Considering how well Kentucky kids do in the pro's, I wouldn't oppose this.

Can you please post the mock this is from. Should be pretty interesting.

I've been thinking about the possibility of Dennis Smith dropping to us since we seem interested and it doesn't seem so far fetched.

1. Sixers: Fultz
2. LA: Ball
3. Celtics: JJ
4. Suns: Tatum
5. Kings: Fox
6. Magic: Isaac
7. Minny: Markannen
- Not sure who they draft, but since they drafted Dunn last year, i doubt they get Dennis Smith.
8. Knicks: Malik Monk
- First team i think may consider taking Dennis Smith. Hopefully they select Monk.
9. Dallas: Ntilikina
- They've been heavily linked to this guy
10. Kings: Z. Collins
- Already drafted Fox. Doubt they double down on PGs with all the holes they have.
11. Hornets: Mitchell
- Already have Kemba at the point
12. Detroit: Kennard
- They desperately need shooting and their PG situation isn't necessarily a need at the moment.
13. Nuggets: John Collins
- They have sort of a log jam at the guard position with Murray, Mudiay, Harris, Barton, and Nelson. Plus Danilo might leave, so they're gonna have to replace him with another PF.
14. Heat: Dennis Smith

Some team above us would have to make some pretty dumb decisions, but we've seen it before lol. Lets hope it happens again.

I'm still very intrigued by Justin Jackson. Had him as the top choice when the process first started.

North Carolina’s Justin Jackson said meeting Heat president Pat Riley "was pretty amazing. He has won so many things. That was really cool. The workout was really good. I learned some things and I thought it was really good."

Jackson was paired in a one-on-one workout with fringe Louisville prospect Jaylen Johnson in a workout overseen by Heat coaches and viewed by the coaching and front office staffs.

He said Riley told him he "shot the ball really well. Just keeping work hard and not to be OK with just being in the league."

Jackson said he met with several Heat front office officials, including Riley and analytics director Shane Battier. He said the group briefly joked about the Duke presence within the organization.

"We joked a little about it because Shane [a Duke alum] was in the meeting," he said. "But it was all business."

Jackson, a skilled defender who dramatically improved his three-point shooting last season, would welcome Miami selecting him.

Meh... his ball handling is pretty bad, he struggles to get to the hoop and settles for floaters (which he is pretty solid at), he definitely needs to bulk up or he's gonna get bodied by NBA size 3's.

If we plan on resigning Willie Reed I can see why they would choose to go with Jackson. Especially considering the black hole we have behind Winslow at SF. Would be nice to have a 6'8 SF with some shooting skill to develop and bring off the bench. I wouldn't be upset if we chose Jackson. I have faith that he would be a hard worker and buy into our strength and conditioning program.

Fultz-6ers
Lonzo-Lakers
Jackson-Celtic's
Tatum-Suns
Smith- Kings
Fox- Magic
ZCollins -Wolves (Subject to change, doubt wolves keep pick)
Monk-Knicks
Ntilikina- Dallas(Could flip-flop with Knicks)
Justin Jackson- Kings
Markkanen-Hornets
Mitchell-Pistons
Collins or Anunoby or Leaf- Denver/Heat

Gets really murky after 9, anything could happen. Tried to draft based on fit

No way we pass on that level of prospect & upside at the 14th pick with Frank right? Would be a really disconcerting move

You don't think the Wolves would consider Monk? I'm hearing LaVine might not be ready for the start of the season and they have zero depth behind him.

He seems like a smart guy but I dunno man I feel a bust coming from him. He can definitely shoot the ball, he's a good passer and his defense is alright not great. As long as he doesn't try to handle the ball and force shots up at the rim he could be a solid role player for us if he were to be picked.

Wolves have a great prospect already, they need to build a team instead of picking up new projects. If they're really sold on Towns-Wiggins-Lavine, or at least Towns then they need to use their assets while they're still ripe and make some win-now or soon moves like trading for a vet or trading back for some more NBA ready players/role players to fill out on depth

They have to make a decision on their core sooner than later, I think they either look for a possible defensive anchor like ZCollins/Anunoby/Isaac or trade it somewhere. Not sure how I would feel about them going for Monk or Markkanen, would be interesting at least

Let's do this Iggs. I'm hyped.

We need a young stud and then go hard after Paul Gorge. I like Anunoby's upside.

Don't jinx this for us Iggy. Leaf is the new Kaminsky, don't do it.

I am not sure about Justin Jackson anymore something about his voice or personality annoys me, he sounds a bit like a bounty, I don't think he has that Heat dog in him...

Don't Leaf it guys. this **** ain't funny. This ain't the time to go white stiff road.

NBA is in shambles, Leaf is not the hero we need. We have to go for upside.

Met his dad BTW, nice guy.

Spoiler:
Don't do it.
