Good riddance to bad rubbish. It's crazy to think that Nick Young signed with us for the vet minimum in 2013 yet Mitch and Jim gave him a 20 million dollar contract a year later. It's a wonder those two didn't get fired earlier.

Good riddance, shedding the immature players out of the team is a step in the right direction. The drama between Russell and Swaggy P was totally unnecessary for this young team.

In all honesty, Nick Young was the Laker's most consistent player in terms of both bringing it defensively and offensively. His season last season was great, scoring 13 ppg and also shooting lights out from 3, 40.4% on 7 attempts making nearly 3 a game (he was the Laker's best shooter). I think he fits perfectly with what Luke wants and with Lonzo. I would welcome him back at the right price.

I came to love Unca P, and he manned up last year, playing defense (though he slacked off leater on somewhat.) I'd be happy to see him back, he fits the system well. But if not, go get paid young fella.
