Hammond mentioned right around the 6 minute mark about the position-less basketball. I been thinking about this before but we really should stop with this PG, SG, SF, PF and C lineup on the floor. We throw 5 guys on the floor that are position-less that can long, athletic, versatile, can defend multiple positions and shoot.

Around the 20 minute mark, Hammond seemed kinda high on Payton and Gordon

I can't believe Alex Kennedy asked Hammond are you trying to develop players or win now? its around the 8 minute mark, The answer is both. Nobody believes in purposely losing games or trying your hardest to win but still lose and try to develop the players. Everybody should be thinking lets try to develop guys as much as possible AND win as much as possible.
