After the top 6 picks the draft is going to get weird and teams will reach which means someone should fall to us, curious to see who it is. Bam is fine and all a solid low risk pick but I hope we dont grab him over a guy like Patton

BAM likely never a stretch big but he still fits because of his athletic ability and strength. I like him at center with Thon and Giannis in a big lineup.
Allen is explosive as well, max touch of 12'1 is the best in the draft. Barring a unexpected big fall from someone I think it's one of those two guys.

I'm talking the best possible scenario here and trying to be extremely optimistic but when I watch Bam I can see flashes of a young Dwight Howard. They're built pretty similar and I just see some similarities in general tbh. I said the same thing about Hassan Whiteside and Kevin Garnett back when I was scouting Whiteside at Marshall. I know he's not KG but he's transformed into 1 of the best centers in the league and I could see that potential in him the same way I can see that with Bam. Call me crazy, I get it, but that's just my 2 cents here about this "promise" we might've given Bam. If he's gonna be the pick let's just hope I'm right...

BAM looks good to me and it's hard to pass up a guy who was considered a consensus top-10 pick until the start of 2017. I know he was inconsistent at Kentucky and frustrated fans sometimes, but he has a really nice looking skill set and great build.

I also think drafting a big is kind of insurance on Jabari never being quite the same.

Brogdon, Middleton, Giannis, BAM, Thon is a nice starting five.

Is Bam kind of the favorite (gambling perspective not personal preference) to be available & picked at the moment or someone else?

When McKinney says they sat for a dinner with Bam to know the person behind the player ...

Then yes, I think our FO is closer to BAM

Agreed, when I just heard that in the video, I figured there is a 75% he is our guy

Dorsey fits a "need"...but he's, in my opinion, a real low upside choice.

ALso, i have an irrational love for Frank Mason and will likely punch someone if he's not a Buck by the end of the night.

I agree and I like having an athletic, strong guy in the front court. I sometimes worry about Giannis and Thon guarding guys 30-40 pounds heavier than them from an injury standpoint. And rebounding should improve assuming BAM improves in that area (and he should).

Same thing last year with Deyonta Davis except I'm sure BAM interviews a lot better so he's likely our pick is he's availble.

I think you and I are leading the Frank Mason charge, really wanted to add a pick to get him, but DX actually has him going before our second rounder now. Philly is said to be selling or trading some of there FOUR second rounders, so should be able to grab an extra pick

I usually hate the pro prospects of midget PG's, but yeah, for some reason I still have an irrational love for Frank Mason.

Dudes got heart and grit and can stroke the three...I like him about 5X as much as Shane Larkin, but not sure if that still means he has a place in the NBA or not
