Phil needs get rid of this guy and melo asap and bring in players who believe in the culture hes trying to establish bot ruin it.

wow. i see why paco was so angry. you don't even care about the return ? that's madness

Addition by subtraction. Kp has become to toxic.

even if you felt that, you should still want to get an adequate return. it's like hating where you live so you sell your house for less than it's market value. it's idiotic.

its a romanian deadlift and hes clearly doing do it for strength endurance, higher reps lower weight, versus power or strength. also the dude is huge and biomechanically hes at a great disadvantage for dead lifting because of his limb length so heavy deadlifts from the ground would put him at a much higher risk of injury and not giving him much more benefit. you should be crediting the knicks strength and conditioning staff for taking good care of him instead of mocking the amount of weight you THINK he should be doing

edit: sorry replied to the wrong person, meant to be directed at toholewithsoul

He's a professional athlete. if I'm correct that he is in fact deadlifting two 45lb plates with a 45lb bar, that's kinda pathetic by most standards.

again refer to my previous post. i think i explained it pretty clearly. hes a pro athlete, not a professional weight lifter. he needs to train to increase athleticism in relation to the demands of basketball, not to pack on muscle and look good.

edit: again look to noah syndegaard when he was left to his own devices to train....

No Booker?

I'd be pissed at this. I'd be on the F*ck Phil bandwagon.

Dude phil jackson is an 11 time champion. He knows what it takes to win.

Wtf has melo and kp won?? ***** nothing.

It boggles my mind how lost most of you guys continue to be.

AS A **** COACH. Holy **** ****, dude, are you that dense that you don't know the difference between coaching teams to 11 championships with LOADED teams and being a FO executive? Seriously? He knows what it takes to win as a COACH, but just because he can COACH does not mean he will be a successful FO EXECUTIVE. JUST LIKE being a great PLAYER does not mean you will be a great COACH or FO EXECUTIVE. The jobs are **** different.

It boggles my mind how **** stupid people can be when they say "LALALA RINGZ RINGZ RINGZ."

Phil won't be here once his contract ends. KP WILL. He is the **** future of this team, not some senile egotistical twat **** who has no **** idea what he's doing.

Robert Horry has RINGZZZZZ he knows how to win, right? He'll be a better FO exec than everyone who has fewer RINGZ than him, right? FOH with that bull logic. THE JOB IS **** DIFFERENT. WHAT HE DID AS A COACH MEANS JACK **** TO HIIM AS AN EXECUTIVE.

Being a good coach has to translate better to being an executive than being a good player, but correct, there doesn't have to be a direct correlation. And I know you don't like Phil, but lots of loaded teams won a chip or two but couldn't go dynasty, because, well, I think the coaching made the difference. So, loaded or not, Phil's coaching made a difference. When he was coaching.

I still think based on his experience on all time great Knick teams, that shared the ball and played defense, and later seeing those attributes on his coached teams (though of course it Jordan/Pippen/Kobe/Shaq helped), then understanding that should translate into building a certain culture and style of play. Doesn't mean the same person would understand the cap or personnel moves or making the very best deals either. Phil hasn't been what I thought he would be, but unlike you, I think the jury is still out. Tilted towards bad on the scales, but not over. Ultimately, after 5 years I'll probably say he was bad, but just a bit early for me yet.

I've always thought Phil was slightly overrated as a coach, but that's neither here nor there. His coaching definitely made a difference, but I don't think he's the GOAT coach. Just my opinion, though.

I think the jury is still out as well, but he's behind the 8 ball until he proves me otherwise. I've always said if he knocks this draft out of the park, he'll get major kudos from me. I just think that up until 6/22/17, 12:20 PM, he's been ****.

Suns have said they won't trade Booker for Porzingis or anyone else the Knicks have according to Woj.

Ha! I hear you.

I look at it, as, I'm giving him this draft, plus the offseason. I mean, I want to see it out of the park in the draft, but would accept a loud double IF it was followed with the correct trades.

First of all, Bledsoe + Chriss + 4th would have to include Noah on our end to get the #'s to work. So they're taking on his bloated contract. I think that's close to what we'd get but we'd probably want to squeeze out an additional asset or two (future pick swap? two 2nd rounders?)

I don't think that guy is credible, but I said yesterday that I could see Phil doing #4, Bledsoe, and Bender for KP

he takes Josh Jackson 4th, and Bledsoe is Rose's replacement
