I'm worried that Boston will take Jackson, even if they didn't want him, just because they think there's hope for a deal.
Hopefully they know long before they make their pick whether there is any hope. If the Knicks won't budge on their demands then we're in business (to draft Jackson)

Yikes, I'm super high on the KP bandwagon, but that's too rich for me. I'm not giving up both Chriss/Bender + the #4 and Bled.

I'd do Chriss or Bender, #4/Bled - I can't give them both away though.

That is what it sounds like to me. He's probably heard from people within the organization that the Knicks are putting out all kinds of stuff to try and drive the price up because the offered packages aren't anywhere near what Phil expected but now that he has burnt and then completely nuked from space the bridge with Porzingis, he's still obligated to trade him.

Depends who the player is. Say Boston is offering Crowder, the #3 pick and acquire Pick #11 or something in this draft.

The Suns counter with Bledsoe, the #4 pick, Chriss and a pick from Miami.

I'd still rather have the latter package if I'm New York, especially since that means getting Porzingis out of the Conference altogether.

Woj is about the only national guy I trust 100% and then local guys have some good info like Gambo, he gets a lot wrong, but he does have some good sources they just sometimes feed him info they want put out into the world for local reaction to trades.
